I saw this image when I was a kid. The photograph of Jupiter taken by NASA’s Voyager. Beautiful; but nothing special until shown in rapid succession. Suddenly Jupiter was alive, breathing. I was hypnotised.

Decided to try the pinhole camera hack I’ve seen floating around the internet. The hardest part was probably drilling the hole in the body cap, and that was extremely easy. Then all you do is cut a square out of a soda can, make a pinhole, sand the edge of the hole down, and tape it to the body cap.

Not sure how I feel about the image quality, though. I’ll have to play with different pinhole sizes. I used 3-4 second exposures for each and then touched them up a tiny bit in photoshop. It also exposed a lot of dust inside my camera which I need to work on getting cleaned if I want to continue experimenting with this lens. We’ll see.

I glittered some old flats, today, too. They’re currently drying and tomorrow I’ll do some touch-ups and spray them with clear sealer. So excited to wear them!
